Hi my name is Dale Roberts I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today I am showing you had a brew coffee beverages. Next, I will be showing you how to make an Americano. Taking your filter, we are going to put this Espresso in that we have browned. Tamping to about 50 pounds of pressure, pour the Espresso, it takes it once again about 25 seconds to pour the shots of the Espresso and Americano is equal parts of Espresso with hot water. The water that comes of the Espresso machine is approximately 190 degrees. The way you can do this at home is if you do not have a spout on your Espresso machine, just take boiling water. Let it soak for about a minute or two, that will just fine after the boiling point let it set for a minute or two. When it shuts, you are done, we will add water, so that we have equal parts of water to Espresso and this is the Americano. Next I will be showing you how to make a Cappucino.
